Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Pingly, operated by an individual publisher. For legal notices, contact hello@emmenra.com.
Using Pingly
You must be at least 13 years old to use Pingly. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Pingly lets you send short status updates to contacts who have agreed to connect with you.
Not an emergency service
Pingly is a convenience, not a safety service. Notifications can be delayed, silenced, or fail because of networks, devices, operating-system settings, quiet hours, or third-party services. Do not rely on Pingly for emergencies, medical situations, or anyone's physical safety.
Your content and conduct
You retain ownership of voice recordings and custom text you create. You give Emmenra the limited permission needed to store and deliver that content to recipients you select. Do not use Pingly to harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, evade blocks, probe accounts, or send unlawful or infringing material.
Pingly Plus
The free tier does not expire. Pingly Plus is optional and increases eligible feature limits. Available plans, local prices, billing periods, trials, and included features are shown before purchase and may vary by store or country.
Billing
Subscriptions are sold by Apple or Google and renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel them through your store account. Store refund policies apply. When paid access ends, supported content above free limits is locked rather than deleted and becomes available again if access is restored.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may change as the product develops. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and INR 1,000. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts at Nalgonda, Telangana, India, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you.
Ending use
You may stop using Pingly and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or when required for security or legal reasons.
